Scoor je PR!

Do you want to break your Personal Record (PR)? How great! This app helps you improve your fitness and your health. Together with your own sports buddy, you will receive new exercises every week at your level to improve your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.

The exercises (at different levels) are composed by a team of experts. All exercises are presented by colleagues Ragna, Natascha and Rachel and our Athlete Leaders Juan Andres, Leon, Lize, Sanne, Suzanne, Wessel, Lotte, Sara, Jordan, Matthijs, Marit and Imra. Speaker Henk Jan explains how each exercise should be performed, to make it even easier. So watch and listen carefully! If you follow all the directions, it should get better and better and you get stronger and fitter.

Do you do your exercises every week? Then your level will rise and you will unlock additional options for your sports buddy! Make your sports buddy unique!

And don't forget the weekly fit tip and quiz! In this way you learn to deal with your body in a good and healthy way. When you're fit, you score better!

In the app you can create an account yourself and don't forget to tell your coach that you are participating in the Score your PR! app.

After registration you will take a fitness test together with your coach. Your coach notes the results. Your level is determined based on this. You will also set a date together on which you will score your PR!
